Data Bundle Error / Robbing customers blind

<p>Since Thursday, 6 April 2017 MTN customers couldn't load data bundles. As MTN experienced technical issues.</p> <p> </p> <p>This means that I have to pay out of bundle data rates. RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I went through R200 in 2 days, for whatsapp and GPS. I had to increase my usage limit twice.</p> <p> </p> <p>MTN, you are robbing us blind. Will you be reimbursing me for this out of budle data costs? Because your services was not available? You are laughing all the way to the bank. This is unacceptable. </p> <p> </p> <p>I made 3 calls to the call center. They were no help at all. In fact, as I am typing this, I'm using out of bundle date rates. </p> <p> </p> <p>I tried using the MTN app again today, to load a bundle. Now it tells me I've got insufficient funds. WHAT. A . JOKE. I just increased my usage limit for a THIRD time. Even the call agents tell me they can see the funds on their side (I have a contract / not pay as you go).</p> <p> </p> <p>I feel that you owe us fot this ridiculously expensive data this couple of days, as it was YOUR fault.</p> <p> </p> <p>I truly am fed up with you MTN.</p>
