Data bundle
**** I have never encountered such disloyalty from you guys like I did today. I purchased an uncapped data bundle so that I should worry less about depleted data bundles. Only got about 150MB to use then it got limited and converted to 1278kb...like seriously??? What is the meaning of UNCAPPED or am I the one who doesn't understand the word. You guys are really playing on our nerves and money and guess what I have had about enough of you and I'm going to another network provider.

Kindly be advised that with the 24 Hour bundle, you are provided with uncapped data that is valid for 24 hours after activation. A fair usage policy of 150MB will however apply. Once you have reached 150MB, you get throttled to 128kbps for the remainder of the 24 hours as per the terms and conditions of the bundle.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
