Data bundle
I am getting fed up with MTN every time I buy data bundles I'm always left some in the morning but since this week has started they keep on sending me sms's round about 09:48 saying it has depleted but I bought them yesterday. You guys better refund my data bundles for the whole week. I've been using MTN since 2010 and never had this problem now you better fix this immediately I'm ****ed as we talk now all I want is my data bundles for this whole week back now.

Kindly be advised that our system shows that the bundles were depleted because of internet connections. Please be advised that besides internet browsing your handset can also generate charges via upgrading and automatic running of data applications. Also ensure that you avoid having multiple internet pages opened and that you close all the pages you are not using. If you are not using the internet, you can disable the mobile data function to save your data bundles and airtime from being used up.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
