Data bundle
I get an sms saying my data bundle is almost depleted. Yet when I do check my data, it’s finished. Why do you send such sms’s?? I think I should move to another service provider.

Take this as confirmation that we have received the complaint. The sms is to alert you that your data balance when it runs low. the time it is sent and the time you receive is different hence your concerns. When you get such an sms in future, before checking the balance just refresh your device to ensure that it is not reserving any data for future Internet sessions or back round Apps.
Note that your data is no finished and that it is on 97MB as a respond to your concerns.
