DATA bill for R1000 when hardly used.No carry over
I pay each month for 500 mb and last month I checked I had enough data for the month but later received a bill for R1000. What happened to my 500 mb from the month before which I have not used.

Kindly note that the 500MB provisioned on 2015-07-21 plus the one provisioned on 2015-08-21. The 1GB was used from 2015-08-30 at 00:00:51 and it was depleted on 2015-09-02 at 23:00:15 and you were then charged once the data bundle was depleted.
We sincerely hope that the above is in order and hope that we are able to restore your faith in us.
