Data being depleted without me even getting a chance to use it.

What a terrible experience with this network provider.!!!! My data has been disappearing as soon as I load it. this is not the first time and the call center/customer service is of no help. 500mb of data gone!!! with no explanation. I want it back. This is ridiculous and unacceptable!!! I want my money or data bac****!!!!!!
