Data and sms's not allocated in line with contract
I recently ported my number from Cell C and took out a contract with Mtn as Mtn has better reception in the area where I stay. Since May I noted that data and sms's have not been allocated in line with my contract. I filed a complaint through our local Mnt branch, who was very helpful. However my free sms's and data for May was never allocated and I was forced to buy both sms and data bundles as it is my business phone. On the 5th of June I again only received my free airtime and still no sms and data bundles .I am so frustrated :-(
Is it fair that I have to honor my monthly payment if Mnt does not honor their part of the agreement?
