DATA AND SMS BUNDLES WERE NEVER SENT

I have been trying get into contact with MTN for about a WEEK now to no avail, I keep getting put on hold and nobody ever takes my calls. I just upgraded my contract with them and as the contract stipulates I am supposed to recieve free minutes, free data, and free texts. I had only recieved the free minutes on the agreed upon date and NO DATA OR TEXTS. I am extremely annoyed that nobody takes my calls and that the mtn branch in my town cannot help me with my problem. I have resorted to having to BUY data despite having agreed to recieve data on the 12th of every month. Please help!!!
