Data and sms bundle not supp**** as per contract
MTN decided to make a terrible decision an now giving minutes instead of rand value on phone accounts. My minutes were loaded a week and a half ago but my data and sms' have still not been loaded. Problem with this is I now have to buy extra airtime so that my what's app, email and Internet can work because minutes can be used for this. I called 808 last week Monday and the lady said she will escalate my issue. Since then I have been calling 808 every day but the helpdesk seems to not answer any calls any longer. I even phoned at 19:30 this evening hoping they won't be too busy and can take my call. Still no luck!!!! MTN is very quick to debit the money from my account but then I don't get my sms' and data that I pay for. I am an extremely upset customer at the moment and the fact that the helpdesk is not answering is making me even more upset!
I expect my minutes, data and sms' to be provided as per my contract!
I truly hope MTN will contact me asap and resolve this issue.

Please accept our apologies for the break down in service at one of our touch points and for any inconvenience caused rest assured it was not our intention to dissatisfy you in any way.
I identified the problem and corrected it, please note that you have your 300MB data as well as your 200 SMS allocation.
A credit will be passed to your MTN account for an amount of R219.99 to cover the allocation not received in April and i will credit your upgrade fee as a gesture of goodwill.
Rest assured it was not our intention to dissatisfy you in any way.
