Data and Minutes used up

<p>I called to report that my minutes are being used up for internet while i have data available .I spoke to a lady called Mbali and i voluntered for authentication and she said in her records she has an ID number which i dont know of and therefore she insisted i got to an MTN shop and cant assist me at all . I feel this is unacceptable that i cant be denied assistance even when i ask to be authenticated with other questions so my issue is solved</p>
