Data and insurance

Every month they robe me 5Gb of data when i call them always they told me i goit it but i can't see it so but when i use it and calculate it i always found that it's a lie i don't receive it, so when i call the call center they can see my problem on their system but when the call center escalate this issue to their department always the department gives them the feedback saying i did receive my full package wich means i didn't receive it this, i apply this sim via mondo but so i did solve this issue with mondo so mondo did resolve this issue on their side but now it's mtn that gives me a problem because even mondo when they look on the system they find that there's a problem they had to refound me the amount of the month that I was ****** my data, so now no i found that this issue it cause by mtn cause always they told me i did receive my full package but not MTN **** me and i pay full price every month i have more than 7 months having data issues with MTN i don't recommend mtn as a good business, they even deducted my money even i canceled my insurance
