Data and airtime usage !!
I layed a complaint few days ago about .. Data bundles usage .. It's going much to quick , 1gig is taken in 4 days or less ... Bought 1gig again on Saturday today it's gone .. Filled a complaint and MTN self says it's impossible ... As I only use Facebook and whatsaap ... My complaint ref number is *** , they contacted me and have never come back or fixed problem ... This is truly not client service , nor can I say it's not **************** ... It can't be right that they never have a answer for usage , nor fix problem while steeling thousands of rands ... !!
