My data and airtime disappeared in thin air. I had 264MB. I decided to topup with 300MB, to keep it on 500MB So, I purchased 300MB on 19 July 2018 bringing my balance to 564MB. I got 75MB as a bonus and 150MB as Night Express.
When I switched off my ipad to go to sleep, the data balance was 564MB, bonus data balance was 25MB, and night express 150MB and airtime R20. However, when I tried to access internet on 20July 2018 it gave me a no access message. I checked my data balance and it was 0.00 and my Night Express 140MB. And airtime also 0.00. I called MTN Customer Care but they said they couldnt assist they're offline, technical issue, logged my query manually(1- ********** 0946) &said i must call back in 48 hours to follow up.
Monday 23 July I called back and they said my query was never loaded, i had to log my query again. They gave me a new reference(trouble ticket) and said they'll revert in 48 hours. Its now 27July 2018 (7days from 20July) and they still can't resolve my query.
