Data and airtime disappearing

The 173 couldn't explain what app is running that makes my airtime to disappear cause i have been experiencing this problem for a longtime and complaining to 173 that takes you from pillar to post. When i converted my mtn points to airtime that airtime never disappeared but yesterday i loaded airtime and today R0.41 cents was deducted then when i called 173 they came up with a story and i also went to an mtn store at maponya to also confirm and check my settings and everything was in order. At 13:20 when i checked my airtime another deduction happened and at 173 they couldn't tell me what app they claim is running is the one that deducts my airtime.Even now I'm from the head office and the explanation they came up with is different from 173 and the problem of my airtime disappearing is not solved.Im not happy
