data and airtime
Why the hell does data and airtime expire with mtn. I buy so much data and wonder where it go everytime I have to top up. Pathetic for data to expire I mean really it's not like we can go sick from expired data and airtime. You suck mtn I am changing providers as soon as my contract is finish. I've had the worse service ever in my days of mobile utilisation with you and up until today I've spent thousands and thousands and nothing to gain from it. No thank you to mtn

Please be advised that data bundles expiring is a business rule however from time to time we have promotions on data bundles expiring in 12 months. Currently we do not have a promotion like that running however Prepaid airtime to the value of R30 and more does not expire.
