Data account unacceptably high - no response
My August 2015 cellphone account was through the roof. It was in excess of my credit limit. I have been unable to obtain any details regarding when the supposed charged were incurred. MTN just does not care.

Kindly note that the invoice for 20-08-2015 the total data usage was 15 GB we subtract 150 MB provisioning and the balance was multip**** by the out of bundle rate hence the packet switch calls.
