I have a cell phone contract with MTN and on the 12 of the month I get the data, munities and also SMSes. I did a an upgrade in September and the data I got was 1 gig, but last month and this month they sent an SMS to say I have been credited with 500MG. When I called them and spoke to Nana Mtshali so unfriendly when I was telling her about my query and she kept on saying the 500MG it for day and the other 500MG its for night. My argument is in September they sent an SMS which said I have 1000MG but now for 2 months its not saying that, its no help to tell me what you see on your system which I don't see aand you say the total is 1gig. I have been your client for so many years but now you decide not to give me all the details about the service that I'm paying for. I was given this ref no ***. I want to see each and every data you give me and as I know its possible. People have been complaining that you are robbing when it comes to data. I want my data from last month and this month and don't tell me you gave it to me as I never saw it at all. No wonder people are leaving you guys, this is not good service at all.
