Good day,

this is the worst network ever. Yesterday the 9th May 2016. I had network glitches the entire morning, where I couldn't send or receive messages or phones calls. I switched my data off thinking it was just a glitch it will be fixed, when I put my network back on I had a consistent 3G which is weird with an iPhone because it suppose to be LTE. I couldn't find out what the problem was, until I check my airtime. I had no data, or airtime. I bought myself airtime first round - my phone was jumping from 3G to LTE consistantly.. Under a mintutes was my data finished, bare in mind I had no apps open or running.. I then bought myself airtime again, same thing happened, I tried calling your services but as usual no assistance that would refer me back to a consultant and assistant! Typical service provider! I switched my phone off for a while and last night I tried again and the same thing happened under seconds! What **** is this? Really.. I want my money back, then I'll go ahead with changing your **** service. I've been loyal to mtn my entire life, I go out almost always telling people how great you are and this is what I get. I want a call from a manager or supervisor with solutions!!! Call me on ***! Make it snappy, I want a call before EOB TODAY!! Or else!!!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Kindly be advised that usage was validated, as per report it is noted that there were multiple application running simultaneously hence the depletion of the data bundles and airtime.
Please note smart phones get requested to send information/statistics back to their manufacturers/software developers which we have no control over of which may cost us dearly in terms of data charges. Fortunately, it appears that you can opt out of this on Apple by following the below steps:
Settings > Privacy > Diagnostic & Usage > Select Don’t Send
You can also click on Diagnostic & Usage Data to see what information was sent and when. The details contained in these logs pertain to hardware and operating system spec, performance stats, and data about how a particular app was used. In other words, the data contained is primarily ****ytical data that can help Apple research issues and track trends if the need arises.
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and would like to ***ure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.
