I received my data bundles on the 21st and 2 days later they were finished, all 700mb, mind, i had my Cellular data off as I usually do..... please reload my data as i know i did not use it abit!!!

Kindly note that our Billing Department will only be able to investigate the usage after the 20th of April 2016 when your invoice for the month has been finalised.
The usage being disputed is currently still on your unbilled invoice.
