It annoys the **** out of me when I call your call centre about my concerns next thing your pathetic agents can't even assist. I'm experiencing this nonsense from you people for the 2nd time, MTN give me 2 Gigs to use during the day and 2Gigs to use midnight every month, but my 2 Gigs that I should be using during the day they vanish. Today I wasn't even connected for an hour but already they have been depleted. My background is strictly restricted, so where the **** is my data going to? I had to call in 3 times simply because your useless agents that you call champions cannot assist or they simply hang up after placing me on hold for long. I need answers before end of business today cause I feel like I've signed a contract with *******
