I bought 300mb from Mtn using mtn eazi recharge on the 17/11/2018, the money was deducted off my account, waited for data to be loaded on my phone never happened until I call the call centre. Waste of time doing that was told to wait for an hour, hour passed I called again now they saying they will open ticket for investigation I must call back on Monday. Monday comes I'm told to wait 7 days. Call back today I'm told ticket is closed because data was depleted by phone because I was on the internet same day? How do you come to a conclusion that you gave me data because I was on the internet same day? What kind of useless people does Mtn hire. Obvious I bought data again to use my phone I was not gonna wait for their clearly useless people to sort this out.
