I have a complaint regarding MTN DATA which just disappeared. MTN claims they have loaded the data in the early morning on the 27th of January 2020 which I do not remember using

I waiting till the 28th thinking mybe there is a delay with the data loading to my Sim but to my surprise there was still nothing then I decided to give them a call, the first consultant I spoke to ask me what kind of a phone is being used by my partner since I share data with her, I told her it's an iPhone to which she claimed that the iPhone has finished all the data, but I told her It didn't make sense because my partner was still asleep around the time the time they claim the data was depleted and also told use she will send us a url to see what apps used up all the data but she later called me to say she did not manage to get the url but would call me soon as she gets it

I called the following day (29/01/2019) to get clarity since none of the things said to me made sense to me, on this date the first consultant told me that the number that finished all the data is the number I share data with, which is my partner 's number, I then told her it does not make sense since there is a monthly 5bg promo data that can not be share so how come the Sim is only left with 5kb, she then told me that that promo data doesn't show on her side but I can call another division of their that can give me a break down of what and how the data was used.

I called and spoke to another consultant who then gave me a different story, she told me the data was finished by Google photos and YouTube which I opened before I went to just 00:00 (midnight) using night data but she tells there were sessions on the sim until 5am on the 27th of January 2020, all the above mentioned happened between 5am and 7am which doesn't make sense as I opened then before I slept and left Google photos to update using night data.

I do not understand how a phone can finish 20gb of data with an hour ( from 6am to 7am),since night data ends at 6am and why do their stories keep changing
