I have a contract with MTN and when i upgraded i was suppose to get 1 GIG data free every month.I received it for 3 months.After that i was phoning Lindile(Supervisor) she keeps on telling me she will phone me back for 2 months and i never received a call from her.The more i phone the more they tell me she is busy or in a meeting. I will never recommend MTN to anybody.VERY BAD SERVICE!!!

We are truly sorry for the breakdown in service and for any inconvenience caused.
We have now directed the complaint to the manager of our Sales Department. We notified him that the issue has been coming from September 2014.
We requested that you be contacted directly with the matter be resolved.
