I have never ever in my entire existance been so disappointed with a service provider, I got my sim card yesterday and it was finally activated today at around 11am, and by 17:20 MTN says I used almost 24GB ?? impossible, how?? 24GB in this short time?? I have other apps I use to monitor my usage as well and all of them show the same info, I used up about 3GB not 24GB, where did all this data go?? It’s only been 5 hours but already I feel like cancelling, my Telkom contract was expiring this month so I thought since I have my other contracts with MTN might as well add my wifi contract as well so I can have all my services under one roof..my phone had 3 apps that needed updating, my other phone had 6 app to update, these are small apps, not even 200MB in total, my xbox (620MB)…the rest I was on whatsapp…so where does 24GB come from?? I’m not new to this so I’m not naiive, I know the “normal” usage for my phone, background app refresh is off, automatic updates off, find my phone off, I have been using other service providers for years,Vodacom,Telkom this is the first time in my entire history this happens…hayi boo…if this is how MTN is we might as well cut our losses and I pay for whatever I’ve used and cancel, on my MTN phone I receive 10GB and I’d also hot spot and that 10GB would last me about 3 weeks, how does it happen today I use 24GB in less than 5 hours?? I would like to know where the dats went,I’ve checked my other stats as well interms of my usage and this doesn’t make sense at all, Facebook, I spent 1:30 minute,the whole day, Whatsapp 1 hour so,I don’t stream so can you explain this
