Dangerous cell tower

MTN, without consulting any residents, has erected a cell tower immediately outside our home. Not only is it unsightly but the noise can be heard day and night throughout our entire house and is even audiable over the TV. The technicians Park on our pavement with no regard for people visiting us or the damage to the grass. Today a technician simply stopped in the road, clearly obstructing traffic. He also had an old South African flag sticker on his car which is offensive. They have shown no regard for our concerns about the possible Heath implications of this tower and have actually laughed when being asked questions. This tower should be taken down!
