Danesha Naicker
I have been complaining about MTN service levels for the past 2 months, but finally I dealt with someone at MTN that took my request serious.
I was assisted by a very professional and coll headed Danesha Naicker. She was bale to get my contract to prepaid while I waited on the line and even called me back when the call was disconnected.
A credit is now being processed for the debit order taken off of my account earlier this month.
Thank you for the professional manner in which you resolved my query and not making jump through any more hoops to do so. You are a shinning star in the MTN call centre.
