Damaged router

I am extremely disappointed, I have app**** for their home internet, their consultants kept capturing my information incorrectly, when I received the parcel I discovered that the router is way old, it has scratches all over, the barcode, password, everything is just a mess, they don't take us serious, I will not recommend mtn to anyone, they are full of nonsense
