DAMAGED PHONE STILL NOT REPAIRED

30 Oct-booked my phone in at MTN Simmonds Street to reapir a cracked screen & was told it will be done in 14 days. 24 Nov-Gugu (call centre agent) phone still on it's way to repair centre. The branch consultant advised that the phone 1st went to Sony and then will go to MTN repair centre.9 Dec-Prasilla adv that phone was received on the 24 Nov & quote was issued 27 Nov & is waiting approval.The branch consultant(Mpho) request that the quote be emailed to her.10 & 11 Dec no quote received.14 Dec-Zandi emailed me the quote directly & was paid immediately as i would then get my phone back by thursday.17 Dec-Farieda adv that repair centre is doing a stock take & no repairs will be done this week. Must call next week & check when they will repair my phone. I requested her manager to call me and i am still waiting.MTN when will I get my phone BACK?? THIS YEAR I HOPE. YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC <br>
