damaged phone claim!!!
I SUBMITED A CLAIM FOR MY DAMAGED PHONE A MONTH AGO, I PAID EXCESS BUT STIL MY PHONE HAS NOT BEING DELIVERED ,EVERYTIME I CALL TO MAKE A FOLLOW UP AND I GET STORIES ON HOW MY CLAIM IS BEING HANDLED...THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE BECAUSE IM PHONE LESS THE LOAN PHONE THAT YOU GUYS GAVE ME DOESN'T MAKE MY LIFE EASIER YOU GUYS ARE WELCOME TO COME GET IT BACK BECAUSE I'M NOT EVEN USING IT!
