Damage Claim A***(waiting 2months now)
I am now tired, its about 2months now from when my Phone was collected 12-02-2016... I have called about 7 times and I always get told that they are waiting for the part, Does it really take so long to get a screen??? I am now been inconvenienced without a Phone for so long!!! I was told 3times that my Query will be escalated but no one gave me a call, so if I were to not call in I would have been left in the Dark. I am now paying every month for something I do not have.
