Dam pathetic service

Imagine trying to pay your account for MTN and you pushed from pillar to post, where no one can help
How pathetic is such a big company, all I want to do is settle my account so I don't have to have this ******* company doing anything for me
Dam useless, I can't understand why they can't help
I'm on the line for over 20 minutes where I was transferred to over 12 people who can not give me a settlement amount
MTN AFTER YOUR TAKE THE CONTRACT OUT WITH THEM THEY MADE THEIR MONEY ON YOU MTN WILL NEVER HELP YOU
