Dales Agent bullies

31 August a lady of MTN ***) phoned to inyroduce a R160 data deal. I kept on saying that I am not interested. She kept on talking as I repeatedly said I am not interested. (I was busy with an MTN ***** case on my mothers account) She mentioned that I write an review, so I believe she saw this. She said she only want to uodate my details and the T&C's. At end I once again said, but I am not interested. She hanged-up in my ear. Next moment I got sms that I orderd something. I quickly called the cancelation department to cancel. 1 day later the courier contact me to deliver parcel. I refused to take it.
