Daily data not credited

I had a complaint with MTN it's been over 2 weeks now and no one has returned to me. That Friday I was talking to them it was frustrating from 15:00 to around 18:00 am being told to hang up and call again because the system is not working. To top it off was the last consultant who told me her team leader was on lunch and there no team leader on floor they in a meeting. Sharp right after that I inboxed mtn and still dololo response no explanation nix my R29.00 gone
