End of July 2023 MTN debited R1179 which was not what we agreed on. My monthly payment was R540. I reversed the payment , with a follow up call trying to understand why they debited more. On the 1 Sep 2023 I made a payment of R2130.3 for the month of July and August 2023. after the payment the never opened my line, I call multiple time talking different people but that did not work. I emailed the proof of payment to 4 different people, now they are telling the payment is not showing on their system. I should make payment of R2130. plus the new payment of Sep 2023, or they will blacklist my name. 11 October 2023 when I asked what about the payment I already made they said they will refund when they can see it on their system but it's been a month and half.
