This is my second time experiencing such unprofessionalism from MTN online, I app**** for a contract phone and soon after I received all the necessary proof that the contract was approved, I received a contract and the invoice as well as a delivery date today when they were supposed to deliver the parcel i waited all day since lorning because DSV sent a message confirming delivery,I suddenly track the phone via mtn tracking it says "parcel returned to Mtn warehouse" I called Dsv Couriers to enquire about the matter they tell me Mtn sent them a message saying they should return the parcel back to mtn warehouse without any reason, I've been trying to get answers from Mtn but no luck am starting to think there are *****ulent activities happening with Mtn online. This unprofessional and ********* for such a big company
