My MTN acc was handed over to NuDebt twice, 4x payments were made until they called to inform me that they have just received my MTN acc, which I was already paying for. After numerous communication with Nudebt (Katlego Pitso) and MTN(Nombi Dlamini, Masilela S, Elainej, Shirley S, Natasha Radebe, Nyiko Madonsela) payments have not been updated, NuDebt still has 2 of the same acc and I'm constantly harrassed by NuDebt via calls, texts and emails. Mind you this increases the charges towards my acc and paints a bad image on my credit. I can't take loans because of this unresolved problem.
