CYBER MONDAY - NOT ACTIVATED

<p>On Monday 28 November 2016 I visited MTN Somerset Mall wrt the Cyber Monday deal.... 50GB & 10000min per month @ R199.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was assisted by Georgina Smith and received excellent service. That said, all service delivery ended with the signing of these deals and after a week and a half it is nothing short of attrocious.</p> <p> </p> <p>1. I "Upgraded " an existing data contract ( ********** 851) to the MTNChoice + S plan with 2GB, some minutes and sms's. After a few days the prorata amount of 1.8GB and associated minutes and sms's were loaded BUT no prorata Cyber Monday gigs, minutes & sms's. It is now a week and a half and still NOTHING!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>2. I purchased a second new MTNChoice + S plan ( ********** 750). As with my other package the prorata amount of 1.8GB and associated minutes and sms's were eventually loaded. A few days later an amount of 33GB was loaded (which I assume is the prorata amount for the 50GB) BUT no additional prorata Cyber Monday minutes & sms's.</p> <p> </p> <p>Everytime I speak to Georgina Smith at MTN Somerset Mall the response is "we do not know when all facilities will be activated".</p> <p> </p> <p>So far a lot of empty promises with only a single item delivered on.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist in activating all facilities on both data packages.</p> <p> </p> <p>Norman Otto</p> ********** <p> </p>
