Cyber Monday Disaster

<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">Yesterday at 7 o clock in the morning I app**** for the Cyber monday deal, I filled out the application online and recieved a reference number ********** 0, with the message that id be contacted shortly to complete the application.. no calls were received, I called then back and was told by numerous agents that they had no access to that online application. Today same story, i have just finish on the phone with MTN , after being transfered to numerous agents. After all that a had an agent try assist me, but when she asked if it was the cyber Monday deal, she hastely brushed me off to say that there is nothing anyone can do about it, Im not the only one, aswell as saying that many people app**** days before the deal was out.. how is that possible? I want feed back from MTN, why. This is poor service, a disgrace for a multinational and insult for the public. </span></p>
