Cyber Monday Deal

I am UTTERLY disgusted in MTN's. MTN is absolutely the worse service provider I have encountered. I app**** online for the Cyber Monday deal reference number ********** 46 till today nobody has contacted me. When I contact the Web and MTN Online Shop queries contact number and they advised that they cannot assist. They advised that I need to go to my nearest MTN store. I have gone to the MTN store they also advised that they cannot assist. Clearly MTN lacks the ability to manage these promotions they run. I think MTN just runs these promotions as a marketing attempt. However it is clear that they are just useless in providing as service no wonder I have been a loyal customer to Vodacom for the past 15 years.
