Cyber Monday deal

I contacted MTN via their Facebook page. I received a reply from Tammy advising that I will be contacted by an agent to do the deal. I received a call at 15H13 from a lady at MTN who enquired if this was an upgrade or new contract. She asked for my ID no which I provided. I held on for a while and was then advised that I will be contacted by a consultant to do the deal.

Then received a call at 17H27 which I could not answer because I was driving. The consultant by the name of Malunga left message and no ********** for me that I must call back. I called back within 5 minutes. I tried calling this number another 4 times without any success.

I just regard this as bad service. What is use of asking a potential new customer to call back to a certain number and then not answering.

All I can say is that MTN lost a potential new customer.
