Cyber Monday

<p>It's currently 18 consecutive days and/or 14 working days and no promotional 50 GB data and 10000 MTN minutes as stipulated on their advertising flyers/material(promotion to be loaded within 7 working days from deal)! </p> <p> </p> <p>Since then I have made umpteen calls to the MTN call centre, issued with countless reference numbers and dead-end promise of the promotion being loaded tomorrow since a week ago! Oh and I've also been to the store, they've also raised a query and issued me with a reference number and told it would take 2-48 hrs and yep "nada". I decided to call the MTN call centre to do a follow-up based on all of the communications, I was now told that it would take 7-14 working days to investigate. On speaking to the manager "Blessing" I was told that was the best they could do! </p> <p> </p> <p>I find MTN service to resolve my query on the so called Cyber Monday deal negligent and inefficient based on their false advertising. There was no compensation offered during their do called investigation for their negligence.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
