Cutting off and not even notifying

MTN cut me off today I think I owed them R200 I don't know because I can't enquire. I can't check with my phone using their useless app, their way of cutting you off is so draconian it's not even funny. Can't access the Internet, can't call anyone to help the only way to pay them back is at the end of the month when they debit order your account. They are out of touch with the clients. They don't get in touch they just cut you off must be nice being a big wig at MTN sticking it to the small guy while they run you dry. This must be the main reason they are losing clients to Vodacom. Keep it up maybe you will the next Cell C
