CUTOFF WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT. NO SERVICE- STRIKE!!!!

Thank you for finally sending me an account. You have already cut off my daughters phone without giving me account. I went to the Cresta store to get the account and even pay it, but no - you are on strike. I even went to the MTN Head Office, and had my car almost set on fire, people hitting my car. No service there either. And you then have the audacity to cut the phone off. You are ****** useless!!! I refuse to pay a reconnection fee when you don't even have a service to offer me to pay you! What a **** business
