Cut off after waiting to speak to agent

What is going on with MTN??? I tried calling a number of times and all times I've waited on line to speak to an agent, just to be cut off!!! This Is very frustrating! I need assistance and cannot get any?! My data balance shows that I still have 2GB of data but if I try browsing the net, it tells me I'm out of data, and to top it off no answer at customer care line. Very very bad service! There's no y'ello, more like hell'no.
