CUT MY SEVICE WITH NO REASON

I have now had 2 experiences with MTN where MTN contacts me to upgrade my cell phone contract and when I said no and ask them to leave it as is they suspend all my services after a month of phoning me. To get it reinstated is a e<br> very problematic exercise their helpdesk can't help you and when you go in to one if their outlets in this case mall of the south they do not want assist you if you do not go to the police station to fill in an affidavit stating that you did not request the change. the funny thing is MTN pest you with calls from their call centres to change your contract and when you do not want to do it they cancel the contract which is wrong. I never had the issue with the other cell phone providers but MTN is seems to be out to pester you as much as they can. this is not a customer friendly company.<br>
