Cut me off again
Good day,

I wrote a similar report a month ago. It's the end of the billing cycle and MTN has cut me off again and I can't get through to a call centre. The last issue sorted itself out when I visited the canal walk store and had to pay, but they couldn't raise my credit limit. I'm starting to question the point of having a contract when I can't access the network and you can't help.

I have two questions:
1) How can I get back on the network/ increase my credit limit with your staff is still on strike?
2) When can I end my contract so I can either move to Pay as you go or move to Vodacom?

I really am deeply unhappy with the (lack of) service from MTN in the last while.

Kind Regards,

Philip Stallkamp
