Since the 1st off April I have been trying to sort out a account query with MTN . Mtn had debited my bank account incorrectly I called there 808 (which is consistently experiencing high call volumes) I was told it would be sorted out within 48 hour I then called 48 hours late only to find out it would now take 14 days. 14 days later I can not get through to a consultant on the there 808 number and MTN as not rectified the error
