CUSTOMERS DON'T MATTER
I have had my cell number for 20 years. My contract was with Nashua Mobile and when all contracts were taken over by MTN my number was somehow allocated to a corporate account and now I am unable to get an upgrade. I have tried in vain for the last year to have ANYONE at MTN assist me with this dilemma. No matter how many times I log a call to the Call Centre and get promised that someone will look into my matter NO ONE ever bothers to phone me back!!! Being a loyal paying customer clearly doesn't matter anymore
