I visited the store on 7 august 2023 I had to do a sim swap for the current nr that im using. I did acknowledge the fact that I HAVE to provide documents as proof. I did use an Identity card which was stored on my phone. The customer service consultant was utterly rude n ***********. With the same rude and disgusting inhumane behavior she did a sim swap ...but im sitting with a bigger problem afte 24 hours Notting has happened. It still says Rica pending My phone number is used for busines Now i HAVE to go back to the store n relay the same scenariio
