Customer violation

Do I even have to give a rating. The ***** is wild there especially with the online global sales from India. I took a router package and sim card on my daughter’s name after the lies they told me of my credit score, items was never delivered and I cancelled they only cancelled the router the sim card has been dedicating from her account and now they want to hand her over a student mind you. I then decided to do an upgrade on the route i have took the old one to the store they claim that i fid not and is now billing my account for R10000 for a router😡🥶😰 Im so annoyed this need to be in consumer court
